Saya
sih bukan tipe perempuan kemayu. Jauh dari centil. Emoh mematut-matut diri.
Terlalu cuek soal penampilan. Tidak feminin.
Salon?
Waduh, waduh,
waduh…, umur sudah mau jadi 42 kok masih jerawatan sih?!
Jadi
mulailah sesi pembersihan diri sendiri. Potong rambut tidak pernah ke salon.
Kan ada bokap. Hehe.
tukang sayur ga kagok, ok jadi tukang cukur, tukang jahit, urusan listrik,
pertukangan, ngurusin orang sakit, berkebun, bertanam-tanam, sampai urusan
mesin.
So,
Gratis pula. Bayarannya ya gaji saya sebulan buat belanja masak,
bayar listrik-air-telpon dan beli-beli keperluan rumah. Hehe.
Berhubung
nyokap ga bisa motretin saya waktu lagi cukur rambut sama bokap, so saya yang
motret nyokap waktu dia di cukur rambutnya sama bokap.
Nah,
Males, ah. Lagian itu kegiatan yang
terlalu pribadi. Jadi cukup dibayangkan aja ya. Hehe..

I have cleaned it all. The house, the dog, shoes, backpack
to the refrigerator. Then I realized, I haven’t done anything for myself.
I am not the kind of a girly girl. I don’t like to dress up.
Not femine. Don’t give too much attention about my appearance.
Beauty salon? Never been there all of my life.
Spa? Despite the fact that I have stayed in hotels that have
spa but I never went there. No matter I have been offered to have free
treatment. No, no, spa isn’t my thing. I shook my head. Some other time,
perhaps. Not now. That is how I came up with when someone offered me to go to a
spa. I honestly prefer to stay in my hotel room to relax, sleep, go to the
swimming pool or go sight seeing than spend 1-2 hours at the spa and it is what
I did when my travelling partner went to the spa.
Andre knows my characters so he is gotten used with this. He
himself is not a salon nor spa kind a guy. So when we went to a spa, it is not
to have hair, body or nail treatment. We needed massage treatment because after
wandering around a whole day or went clubbing until day break, our bodies felt
so drained. Or we just asked people where could we get a masseur.
After Andre returned to his country I realized I needed a
haircut. My nail fingers also needed to be trimmed. The pores on my nose needed
to be cleaned. And I can’t believe I still have got acne. I will turn 42 this
year! Do I still get acne at this age?
So the self pampering started. First by having a haircut.
Never go to the salon. I just needed to tell my dad that I needed a haircut and
we set up a day and time for it. Yep, my dad is my barber and hairstylist.
Lucky me to have a handy father. He is good doing house chores, go to the
market to buy the ingredients for his cooking, he can do a little tailoring, an
electrician, he knows about medicine, gardening and even about machinery.
He has been trimming my hair since I was a baby. And it is
for free. Lol. All I have to do is handing him my salary so he uses it to buy
the convenient stuff and pay the bills.
Anyway, since my mom can’t use my digital camera so I can’t
make documentation of dad giving me a haircut. Therefore the photo I put in
here is the one I took of my dad giving my mom a haircut.
