sukur banget hari Kamis (30/9) ketemu ama ortu mantan murid dlm perjlnan ke sekolah.
papanya Friskilla yg baru pulang abis nganterin anaknya ke sekolah ketemu ama aku waktu lagi jln kaki ke sekolah. "mo ikut, bu ?" ... "wah, ga nolak, pak" kataku sambil nyengir lega.
so jadilah aku ga usah jln terseok-seok bawa 4 piala yg kita menangin dr lomba di Kebon Raya kemaren ke sekolah. tapi kok ya deg2an juga nih naik motor bawa 4 piala. aduh, jangan ngebut ya, pak. takut ntar piala & orangnya ngejublak jatoh nih ... he he he ...
sampe di sekolah dpt berita sedih : 5 anak TK A yg ikut lomba mewarnai ga ada 1 pun yg menang. utk lomba 1 ini pengaruh koneksi kuat banget. kl guru gambar yg ngajar di TK jd juri / panitia lomba, pasti murid dr TK tsb yg ikut lomba mewarnai di jamin akan ada yg menang. ini bukan omongan miring kr murid kita ga menang tp praktek yang terjadi memang begitu.
sekolah kita pernah berjaya di lomba mewarnai bukan cuma krn guru gambarnya jd juri / panita lomba. kalo pun kita dimenangin krn faktor x itu, sekolah menyadari adanya resiko ini so anak2 yg di pilih utk ikut lomba mewarai selalu pilihan, yg punya bakat & di latih supaya bisa kita tunjukin hasil mewarnainya memang pantas utk di pilih jd juara (tapi ga semua TK yg jd juara krn faktor x punya prinsip / pemikiran kayak kita lho)
ya, menang bukan tujuan utama ikut lomba. thn depan kita akan kembali lg & aku harap bakat & latihan akan bikin hasil mewarnai 5 anak TK A ini jd lebih baik lg.
wah, tapi rupanya banyak yg teler ih abis ikut lomba. dr 14 anak TK A cuma 10 yg nongol. yah, lumayanlah kls jd ga terlalu rame krn gurunya jg sama telernya .. tp mungkin krn yg hadir pd teler, semua jd pd jinak .. ya muridnya .. ya gurunya jg ... he he he .. tambah jg krn gaji lon keluar krn kepsek lon ambil duit dr bank ... aihhhh !!

so very glad that on thursday (sept 30th) I met the father of our school's former student when I was walking to school & he rode on his motorcycle back home after driving his kids to school.
"mind if I give u a ride to school ?" he asked me. oh, not at all, I grinned in relief that I didn't have to walk to school carrying those 4 heavy trophies that we won from yesterday's competition at Bogor Botanical Garden.
however, I've god sad news once I arrived in school. none of the 5 kids from my class won colouring number.
x factor plays quite a deal in jury's decision of picking the winners of this 1 particular number. if the school whose drawing teacher was the jury / in the competition's comitte, students from that school who participated in colouring number would win it. this is not an assumption. it happens.
our drawing teacher was the jury in that event the previous years (but not this year) so obviously we've always won in colouring number. but since we fully awarre of this x factor made us always carefully & selectively chose the talented kids in colouring & trained them so even if supposed we won it because of the x factor, the kids' drawings showed they deserved to win it (but not all schools had the same thinking).
well, winning isn't everything. still, we will return next year with better colouring skills. we've 1 year to train our kids' talents.
but today of 14 kids in my class only 10 came to school. we didn't mind though as it wasn't just the kids who were drained after participating in yesterday's event. the teachers were equally exhausted. maybe because both of the kids & teachers were ran out of energy because we haven't fully regained our energies making everyone "tamed" .. lol ..
& plus we haven't got our salary as the headmaster hasn't gone to the bank to take the money ... sigh ...
